Extension Buying Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, and neither the extension nor the money will be returned after the purchase. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis in such instances.

2. Account Authentication

  • My extension uses account authentication. By purchasing and using our extension, you agree to cooperate with account authentication process.

3. Single Account License

  • My extension is licensed for use on a single account only. If you require support for more than one account, you must purchase an additional license for each account, paying the equivalent fee equal to the actual price of the extension for each account.

4. Reselling Prohibition

  • Reselling any of my extensions is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in strict action being taken against the reseller.

5. Updates and Feature Updates

  • All future updates for extensions will be free, but under certain circumstances I may charge additional amount.

6. False Allegations

  • Any false allegations against any of my extensions will not be tolerated. I encourage open communication and reporting of issues for resolution.

7. Pricing Changes

  • I reserve the right to change the pricing of my extensions at any time without notice. This change will not affect users who have already purchased the extension at the previous price.

8. Support and Contact

  • If you require support or have inquiries, please contact me on Telegram. I am here to assist you with any questions or issues.
  • I will provide support for the extension to some extent. The only condition is that issue should be solely due to my extension. If other extensions are involved then the problem should be solved mutually by concerned extension developers.

9. Compatibility

  • My extension is designed and tested before giving it to you. Please ensure compatibility with your system before making a purchase.

10. Termination of Support

  • I reserve the right to discontinue support or updates for the extension under certain circumstances. However, customers will still have access to the last version they purchased.

  • I encourage users to provide feedback and reviews to help us improve our extension. Your input is highly valuable to me.
